Legendary Musician Prince to Perform in Chicago on 24 Sep

Close on the heels of great performances in North America, Europe, and Australia, Prince--the famous American singer, songwriter, musician, and actor is set to perform in Chicago with his show Welcome 2 Chicago program on September 24. 

The pre-sale for the Chicago concert was held on September 4 . The acclaimed singer will have some more performances scheduled at a later date.

The tour is part of Singer Prince’s collaboration with Rebuild The Dream. The organization works for the underprivileged sections requiring assistance in housing, livelihood and student debt.

Promising to make the Prince show very memorable, Prince has assured all patrons a different show for every night during the tour. His most popular songs Little Red Corvette, When Doves Cry, Purple Rain, Raspberry Beret, and Kiss are expected to be performed during the show.

For music lovers, Prince is an iconic singer in the league of Madonna and Cher. The show in Chicago will be a multi-show residency at the United Center. The Welcome 2 Chicago concert has ticket prices ranging from $49.50 to $149.50 per seat.

The concert series is part of a larger "Welcome 2 America" .

During the concert, Rebuild the Dream teams will deliver new information about rebuilding sustainable communities, and connecting advocates with socially-conscious businesses.

Rebuild the Dream founder Van Jones claimed that the partnership has already made a big impact and that Prince's involvement is giving a fillip to the movement.
